Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Total Intake : Total strength of the college is 100 students –  50 students in F.Y.B.Ed and 50 in S.Y.B.Ed. From the total admission, 50% seats are reserved for the Gujarati Linguistic Minority Quota and remaining 50% seats are for the public quota. 

Duration : 2 years

Eligibility for Admission :  As per Government norms 

Admission Process : B. Ed. Admissions are conducted as per the norms of the Centralized Admission Committee, Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra with amendments issued from time to time. The aspiring candidates have to clear the B. Ed. Common Entrance Test (CET) and English Language Content Test (ELCT) conducted by the State Government.

The Minority admissions are conducted in accordance with the norms laid down by Government of Maharashtra, University of Mumbai and National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE). The entire admission procedure including the CET & ELCT is computerized and on the basis of merit as decided by the Centralized Admission Committee.  Hence there is minimal human interference which ensures equity and transparency in the entire admission process. 

Fees  are charged as per Government norms, which is subject to change from time to time. The refund of fees is as per the Government norms.
